anyone heard about the performance chip they're selling on EBAY....$8 worth and theyre claiming to give 20+ hp
and more MPG...well feedback say its working but its not a chip its kinda like a resistor

$0.20 resistor at radio shack. all it's doing is making your ECU see a lower intake temp, which changes your fuel maps. So you spend more money on gas and you might see half a horse out of it. And it WILL throw a CEL
