Hi guys, I have an '03 and it won't go from AWD to 4-Hi. The lever feels bound up and just won't shift. Feels like the handle will break if I keep pushing.

Is this the bushing? If so, does anyone know where to source this part and what the part number is? Does the R&R of this part involve taking the T-case apart?

Any advice is appreciated!

had you try neutral on a complete stop, push down on the 4wd lever and forward?
