91 Montero front wipers will not park properly.

Default 91 Montero front wipers will not park properly.
The front wipers on my Montero operate fine but when I shut them off they park 1/4 of the way up the windshield. Same thing goes when they are delayed. Is this a relay issue or the wiper motor?

I had the same thing in a different vehicle. The issue is in the wiper motor itself. It may be possible to repair it depending on whether the motor is serviceable. I replaced mine and it solved the problem.

That's what I was afraid of. Thanks for the info, i'll look at ordering a new one. Be my luck i'd fix it then something else would go on it.
