Default MMCS A/V mode doesn't work properly for help

Hello, everybody, this is my first post, and there is a problem ,anybody can help me ?

I bought a used MMCS ,it's removed form a 2009 Outlander, the type is 261EM E-03,but when I change it to the A/V mode, touch the FM, CD,musicsever or DVD button, program doesn't respond. I think it is fake crash, and the other mode doesn't any problem.
I think update the firmware will solve the bug, but how can I get a new firmware to upgrade program to make the A/V mode work properly?
Or do you have any better suggestions?
My English is not good, please forgive me.

What year is your outlander? Did you tell the onboard computer the change of the head unit?

If the computer doesn't recogmise it, it won't work.

When I switch to the AV mode, I can see the FM,musicserver and CD buttons, the ctouch does not respond, but when I touch on the FM,,it will be broadcast FM sound, click on the musicserver, there will be music sounded, but they can not enter the next page.
If it does not work, it should be all modes do not work, but the fact is that the only AV mode does not work
