I have a Mitsubishi Pajero Sport K90 2003 2.5 TD (same as montero sport).

Recently and with no warning the car started develop the following simptoms:
- the engine strats and imediatly dies (in this time you can not accelerate or do nothing and some times the car accelerate itself)
- this phenomen repeats itself till the car start in a proper way then the car it works normaly

What I've found so far:
- the battery is consumed
- The electric motor looked broken
- Burned ECU (see image below)
- EGR canceled

What I changed:
- electric motor
- crankshaft sensor
- distribution and filter exchanges
- new battery
- Turbo replaced solenoid valves
- repaired burned ECU
- replace the burned and replaced ECU with a new and cloned one

What we assume is that this problem come from fuel pump injection.
So we measure all the electronics on the injection pump but no luck in finding something relevant.

It's important to know that when the car start its works in a proper way without any error codes.

Please help me with any idea of solving this problem!
