Is there any specific type of Differential oil that must be used in the Monty's front and rear diffs? I was planning on using a high grade synthetic because of the extreme temps in Alaska. What is the verdic?

Standard gear oil is all that's needed. If you have a limited slip, be sure to include limited slip additive.

FWIW, the transmission is really the only part that uses a special lube.
