Default 08 Outlander

Hi,
I have a 2008 Outlander ES 2.4L, 58000 miles. Last Sunday I blew a lighter fuse while plugging my GPS. I started the car, the engine works fine but the ASC off light and the check engine light came on, there is no drivability. On the OBD2 scan tool P1590 and U0101 codes come up. I tried to drive it but it was very slow. I read a few posts for the same problem due to the same reason but they didn’t explain clearly what was done to fix it.
FYI, I already changed the lighter fuse and it is was not cold in Canada (about 18 degree C) when that happened. By the way I am in Canada
some suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

thanks Ccernst,
I tried it but it doesn't work. I will take the car to the dealer.
I've been searching on the web,it seems like many people had the same problem but they don't remember what was done to get it fixed. I am wondering what a blown lighter fuse has to see with ASC off and the p1590. U0101 codes.
