2007 CVT jolt
Hi, I have a 2007 Outlander with a cvt transmission. It has an issue when driving under 25kph where the car jolts when resuming acceleration.
For example, if i slow down for traffic lights taking my foot off the accelerator then foot back on the accelerator, there is an immediate jolt. This only happens up to 25kph.
I have taken to dealership but they cannot fault it.
has anyone else had similar issues?

From what I have been reading the 2007 with a 3.0 V6 came with a 6 speed A/T not a CVT. The CVT came with the 2.4L 4 cylinder (I'm 90% sure of that). With that said I think I have the same symptoms on my 07.
When slowing down and accelerating when it shift up to 5th there is a jerk and seems like a transmission slip. It only happens when you decelerate and then accelerate. My 04 lancer does something similar but it's a 4 speed A/T.
The previous owner of my outlander changed the A/T fluid about 25k miles ago. On a sidenote my throttle position sensor has been buzzing when the ignition is on so it may be the TPS causing it to jerk (malfunction). But that's just a theory.

I have it booked in to the dealer again, this time they are going to hook it up to a machine to flush it.
Okay, I have had it in to the dealership. I suspect they haven't actually flushed it. The fluid on the dipstick is clear, I thought DQ CVT-J1 was green. Can anyone confirm this?
Also they only charged for 5L, can someone confirm if this is the right amount to do a flush?
TIA
