Default 2007 outlander cannot get it started

Background
my girlfriend's outlander
256k miles

New starter (2 months old)
Newer spark plugs (5 months old)
Has all recalls done.
We installed the new relays from the cold start tsb

One day was just not starting
Put the key in and crank, starter turns over, fuel pump does not prime.
Took the ignition switch out. Turned the ignition switch, the fuel pump will prime, but the starter won't engage.
I checked the timing belt (no broken belt)
When the starter engages through the lock cylinder, the engine does physically turn over. I brought the key to home Depot to check and they told me it's putting out a signal.

I'm kind of at a loss here.
What lead to this was issues with delayed cold starts early morning and now there's no start at all.

Thank you

what about the fuel pump relay?

My 2007 outlander LS has the fuel pump not running, the cause is the fuel pump relay. Th eproblem is it is in the ETACS-ECU and I don't know how to change it. It start year long and run without the pump running but on cold start, there's when I experienced start problem.

Can you help me to locate the Fuel pump Relay?

Thanks
Pat

I have a Mitsubishi outlander 2004. It was running fine until I changed the battery terminal. after I changed them and re connected the new battery terminals, the vehicle cranks but would not start. there is no fire from the coils nor fuel injector pulse as well as no electricty to the pump even though the fuel pump works when I send current directly to it. Also I was able to use a non transponder key before changing the terminals.
