Default 2011 Outlander SE P1773 after replacing both Front Rotors and Pads

2011 Outlander SE P1773 after replacing both Front Rotors and Pads. I did the Front Left at first and coincidentally, got the error for ABS ASC, check engine light after maybe <50 miles.
I've done rotors and pads before, so I was scared, to say the least. I checked with regular OBDII and it said originally P0007 and P1773. I checked and found that P0007 isn't a Mitsubishi code. Almost everybody online says that it's the ABS speed sensor, and brake fluid level (mine is between min and max).

I did the Front right and checked the ABS speed sensor for the Front Left. Holding bolt broke, so I could not get it out. I didn't want to force it out yet, and resigned to bring to a repair shop (State and Emission expired May. Car has no problem stopping or switching to 2WD, Auto 4WD and full 4WD.

After many more videos online, decided to get a scanner that has ABS capability and after getting one finally (that can read Mitsubishi). After putsing about it, it was harder to use, got the P1773 and C2104. Since I didn't see any of the regular ABS error codes, I looked around and saw a live data thing, I drove a bit and did see the numbers for the FL FR RL RR speed sensors to be independently working (changing along with car's movement). So, does that mean that it's not the sensor, or does the sensor still send additional data to the computer?

What else should I try?

Additional notes: We did an oil change prior to that (Mitsubishi Dealer) with their "complimentary" check - found out about the brakes. Now checking online, it could be the main battery problem? They did test that and it says OK. With the meter earlier, I did notice that when running, it was 14V. On hindsight, my wife (primary driver) did notice something about low battery? (But could be the remote control - stopped working and had to replace the CR2032 3V battery).

Thanks.

Default P1773 error on OBDII

My 2015 is doing the same thing, I have replaced the ABS sensors..twice...same results.
P1773...but the error refers to LR voltage low at solenoid...( Low Reverse solenoid)
with 290,000kms, its time to change tranny oil...stay tuned.
After reseting codes, I must travel about 200 meters for them to clear...I can then slam on the brakes and the ABS system works...
but after as soon as I hit 60km/hour the Alarms start again...ASC off, TSC off, ABS light on, ebgine light on..more dings.
Dealer wants $150 to connect their code reader...

Ever get to the bottom? Having same thing. Assuming bad battery.
