Default replacing front break pads

Hi There,

New here. Have a 2003 Montero LTD. Would appreciate helo on step by step pad replacment. What should I do with the fluid? I have 06 Jeep Rubicon w/o ABS, so, I just press the caliper and insert the pads. I assume ABS is a bit more comprehensive.

ThanX, Yuki

Default Nope

Just compress the calipers and replace the pads. Use caution not to destroy the rubber boot for the mounting bolts.

go get a haynes or chiltons manual, it tells you how, in detail, with diagrams.

Remove half of the fluid first in the reservoir so when you compress the pistons back the fluid wont spill out, don't re-use old fluid
