if I try to change out my battery on my keyfob will I have to have it recoded, I had broke one by accident I have one left I think the battery needs changed

 

No I changed mine 6 months ago without any problems

 

local dealer said it would wipe out if I took battery out, and had have vehicle with it to program but at the time it was a shop trying to fig out why it wouldn't start, I knew it was wither starter or sex issue where the one transponder broke
