Just wondering if anyone has received their free 2017-2018 map update from mapcare? I phoned them this morning and they told me I should be receiving it within the next two weeks. This is for my 2014.

 

I've been getting a run around from Map care about this. I contacted last summer and was told to expect it Oct-Dec because of map registration/activation code issues they've had..inventory was 0...I contacted them in December and was told sometime in January when I mentioned that what I was told last summer the agent agreed that it was an issue and that their inventory was still 0...makes me think that map care thinks owners will forget about it

 

If it helps at all, I just received my update in the mail and have loaded it. The instructions say it takes 70 minutes to load the data into your mmcs, and it does.

I hate to go off topic but may I ask what version of the nav unit do you have?
Is it an n-11 and if so Do you have a rear camera hooked up to it?
