Default 2018 Outlander No Headlights

I searched the forum with no luck with this issue.

It's a 2018 and the headlights wont turn on. High beams work if you hold the lever...that its.

Fuse is fine. I read it could be a relay but cant locate where this is? Search to buy does not list headlight relay as an option but Im not a car guy

any suggestions would be fantastic.

Do the low beam and high beam indicators light up on the dash? Any clicking from under the hood when turning on your lights?

What light mode is turned on the lever? (off, auto, ...??)
Check light sensor (fuse, relay). One can also check settings in ETACS regarding conditions at which head lights turn on. (need special MUT3 tool).
A possible problem with ETACS. Start with disconnecting the battery, leave it for 30min, then connect and see if ETACS got any reset. If not, then ETACS need to be replaced unfortunately.

Have you had any luck rectifying this issue? This is exactly what just happened to my wife. Low beams don’t work on both side, high beams work, but won’t click on, you have to hold the stalk.

Any idea what I’m looking at?
