The first thing I would check is your cabin air filter. Mitsu recommends that this filter be changed every 6 - 12 months. On 2007, 2008, and 2009 Outlanders it is located behind the lower glove box.

i just replace that 2 monthes ago.

if you want to check, roll up all the windows, turn on to the coldest and turn to the lowest fan setting of the ac. Then drive somewhere and you can here the "something" like pressure like sound and then it releases this smell after the 7 fan cycles.

Very strange. I live in Phoenix so I use the A/C almost year round with windows up and don't have any problems. Is it possible some leaves or other debris got in the outside vents that bring air in, and some mold, or mildew has developed?

Sure sounds like its something you want the dealer or other repair shop to look at. As I said before I use my A/C all the time here in Phoenix and don't have any problems.
