Default Considering Outlander 2007 with 100k miles - what to look for?

Hi!

I am considering a 2007 Outlander (AWD XLS v6) with about 100k miles (USA, West Coast). I know it is due for the big 100k miles maintenance (timing belt) that has not been done, and that's accounted for in the price (under $6k). However, I am a bit sketched that Carfax shows basically no service records for the last 50k miles (2nd owner), just registration and emission stuff. I assume that maintenance was done at a shop that wasn't reported to Carfax, but what kind of maintenance should I expect? Just fluid change (oil, coolant, brake, transmission, power steering) or something on top? Unfortunately, I had a hard time trying to find a maintenance schedule online... I also know to look for rusting in the control arms and in general, but is there anything else specific?

I will probably do a PPI anyway, but I would appreciate your suggestions on what to look / ask for beforehand so as not to waste time and money.
