CVT oil level check

CVT oil level check
I must say it’s a bit hard to check the level. It’s very clear and thin. After changing it at the dealer, it’s between C and H when cold. Is this about right? Per the paper work, they put in 5 quarts so I want to ensure it’s not overfilled causing additional friction and wear. Car is a 2016 with CVT 8.
