Default Driver and Passenger Side/Rear-View Power Mirrors Not Moving Correctly

Driver and Passenger Side/Rear-View Power Mirrors Not Moving Correctly, only adjust right to left but not up and down from control switch. Who can fix this type of issue only the dealer? Can a Firestone, Pepboys, or Meineke fix it as well? How much should this cost so that I don't get ripped off? It's for a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS V6 Automatic 4WD.

Have you tried the continuity check I suggested in post #4 in your earlier thread here?

I am not that mechanically inclined to perform those steps, I did however check the fuse and make sure the mirrors are not folded.

The up-down direction of your switch is not working properly. Take it to a reliable car electrician (with the file I supplied). If you are lucky it is just a contact problem. In the worst case scenario you need a new four-way switch.

If you go to a junk yard only few bucks and can pick up a 4WD/2WD control switch as well what you are also looking for. If you go to ebay it can vary from $10 to $79

Considering the age of your car I would not invest a lot in new parts or labor. I would go with the cheapest possible option.
