Great news, I'm particuralely very interesting too.
I would to create polish language for MMCS.
Mr Otaku probably stopped with MMCS projects, his viewer is nice but not really usable for us
He's also not responding for mails, that's true.
It's shame because he did a lot of work, and is not usable for anyone.
Mr Otaku, pleas release for us full working version of Yours editor !!!

source released. i hate to do it this way. it works fine under linux, it works under windows as source with python installed. i have been working on packaging it as an application but have not had the time i need. anyways change the extension from .txt to .py and run in your favorite OS and version of python.

i will still get the packaged program out sometime soon. and also this is not fully my application, but i am abiding by the authors licensing. i hope you will do the same.

 

I try it but he's not working
I have three files created but the files are empty
when i use the -v option it found 3 modules but with Version: 0000 Adresse:0x0 and Size: 0.0 bytes

I try on two differents versions of loading.kwi and alldata.kwi

 

thats odd, it works on the one out of the UM outlander. let me post upp the progam that i didnt work for me. maybe there are some diferences in the kwi files after all.

 

I love the idea of getting rid of that ruddy button one has to push every time the car starts for sat nav. I will find my firmware numbers and see if I can upgrade.

Was looking for new maps, found the link a few pages back but that has expired.

the m series is european. and i tried doing a new map install on the old patched firmware on a US system and it did not work. i had a few projects come up but im still here. workin on this stuff slowly.

 

European M maps works perfect on UM units, M170 tested
Maybe torrent with M190 maps is a simply fake ?

yeah translate if u get the time.

and im not saying the maps cant be installed on a u.s. navi just that the M series maps wont do us any good. i tried building a map pack off of a u.s. update cd and havent had any luck getting it working yet.
