Just tried the latest 30.94 dvd in motion fix with the cd loader and it worked out perfectly my new 08 XLS. Thanks to all those who made it.

The one thing I wanted hacked more then anything else, even the dvd in motion was that STUPID warning message on boot up for the navi system that you have to press OK on every time. Is there a patch out for that as well?

I think he means that:

When you press the NAVI button , you get a safety message saying that, you must concentrate on the roads, drive carefully blah blah blah.

The only way to start the Navigation is that you must press the OK button at the bottom after viewing these safety messages, otherwise the Navigation simple would not start.

Sorry about that, I should have been more clear on the issue. I guess this must be something new on the 08's. Doublecheese is correct on the message the pops up evertime. Here is a picture(a crappy picture) of the message that comes up when you press the Navi button for the first time after starting.

Hello Friends

Euro 2008

Now that we lost against the Germans last night (although we played much much better , we lost, thanks to our crappy substitute goalie) I can concentrate back to real life and go on with it.

Otaku, please give us any feed back ; are we any close to AUX in MOTION thing ?
Will you be able to seperate the AUX button for Audio and Video ? Or create a new button on the MMCS screen for Video IN, please update man...

Regards
DC

Does this effect the warranty? If so can it be reversed/reset? Thanks!

Gidday from Downunder, I just purchased a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander Olympic Edition, upon reading this sticky I was very exited and wanted to do it to my car, but in Australia we don't have a HDD in our MMCS system. We have 2 DVD drive slots, one for the MAPS and one as a DVD player. Does nayone know if this can be done with the Australian system? Happy to take pics and post up any info needed.

Oh and the guys on these forum are amazing with your knowledge.

Cheers
Hoss

As far as I know it DOES NOT affect the warranty and YES it can be reversed.

Interesting situation... Could you post a list with the content ?

Thanks
