IS this (cd burn) fix for dvd-in-motion could work on Evo X too? Did some 1 try?

 

Ibought a2009 Lancer GTS this weekend and read what happened to 'jaysmall' when he tried the dvd-in motion patch on his '09 Lancer GTS. Was this just the result of a bad burn, or is there known problems with updates in 2009 Lancers?

I have a 2009 GTS. Which version of this cd do i need?

Also, how do i check what version i am running? I hold down set and info and nothing happens.

 

Stuck at the first hurdle with an UK Evo X, pressing set and info doesnt bring up another screen.

 

Its not SET+INFO, its SET+NAVI...

 

Hold down Set+Navi and it'll tell you what application you have

Has anyone had a look for the file that contains the phone numbers? It would sure make life easier to edit that file on a Mac.

 

I have application 00.30.97.

Are there patched files so that the DVD in motion will work for this application?

 

Brian 360 or Jaysmall, would it be safe to try the dvd-in motion patch tonight on my 2009 Lancer GTS or should I hold off?
