dealer told me there is now factory install kit for fog lights on a 2008 outlander ES. i am suspicious. anyone know if this is true?

 

If you go into the Mitsu US site www.mitsubishicars.com select Outlander and select accessories you will see a fog light kit for $320. This does not include the cost to have dealer install it.

 

i got the dealer to install mine when i bought the ES. they have to replace the headlight stalk as well cause that is where the fog light control is.
i would have preferred it as a button where the ASC is but oh well.
also the factory fogs can't be turned on unless you have the headlights on and it automatically turns off if you use high beam.
