Thanks for the replies - that helps. I'm guessing that the antenna wire installation involves peeling back some door seals and interior panels (?) As long as the instructions are clear and it just takes time I'm fine with that.

I'll get a price from the dealer then weigh that against doing it myself.

you can install it, but as he said it wont work.
Its running of the CAN Bus, and as such the ETACS needs to be told its there. You cant do it without mitsubishis software.
