How to unlock MMCS

I have updated 2010A m190 map in my Outlander. The update was made following your directives guys. Thanks a lot. 
But the map little outdated, I'd like to have a new one. There are a lot new and better roads but they aren't in the navi's database.
Is there a new (2012 or sg like that) map?
new: I found something. They say that it's 2011 map. "For those who want new maps (2011), we can get it here: http://fileshare.mindbit.ro/alex/ (User: mitsu, Pass: 1qaz2wsx)" I downloaded it but it's just a 2010 m190 map too.
Is there 2012 map available?

Unlocked MMCS on 2012 Lancer GTS
Hi everyone. I watched the u tube video "PLAY DVD in MOTION LANCER Multicommunication System". by klassikly. I bought the patch from Navhack for NR261um 00007004, which is my mmcs version. I used my
I MAC to download. I also downloaded Stufit 10.0.2 to use to extract the file after I downloaded. ( my I Mac is an OS X 4.10) and only the stufit 10.0.2 standard can work for it. After this I used the I Mac burner to place on the CD-R. Followiing klassiky's install intruction to the MMCS I inserted the CD to my MMCS , press update, then the second time it wanted to up date, I said NO to the update. And it works. I will make sure I didn't lose any other features tomorrow when I go to work.

ok guys...i have a question. I was able to extract HDD from MMCS ynd to put in laptop. I tried booting from CD, but it keeps asking for HDD master password.....if i force it to boot, when i start xbox linux OS, after pressing 3 and typing command to unlock it, linux says there is no master hdd attached or something like that...any clues?

Did you figure this out yet?
What type of computer are you using to do this. Whats your setup.
1. Have you checked bios settings for the drive controller
2. checked drive jumpers. (its been a while since i had mine out i dont remember what the default jumper settings are as you pull it out, or even if it has one)
regardless: make sure the drive it jumpered for master and that the bios is set to have that spot on the bus as master or as cable select if you are using a laptop. bottom line you dont want it set as slave or a conflict between the drive setting and the bios setting.
also silly as this may be to have to say. but if you are using a desktop or external drive dock. make sure the power cable is plugged in.

Small update to my previous post, the Intel Password Textbox is limited to 32 characters.
Well I got it working... unbelievable. I had to write a program to write the original values which are outside of human readable text to the clipboard to paste the value in the window. In order to get the correct values in the clipboard I had to use Code Page 1252 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Code_page_1252); No more using XboxHDM 2.2 !!
I have a small YouTube Clip showing it in action.

(notice the difference is the small o on EM and small a on EM at the 18th character)
Lets see how the website deals with extended characters. (Looks like it worked, maybe)

I keep running into the same extraction issue where it keeps extracting the same file HD1. I ran the bat file attached a few posts back but have the same issue. Do you guys know what i may be missing?

Firmware change UM to EM
Does anybody here know is it possible to change firmware in MMCS? i have 261 UM and i want to change it to 261EM. Any solution? any Image file or something?Thanks in advance
