No I don't know, sorry....but I guess he might. The difficulty as we all know is the unlocking process retaining all the MMCC software which he has sorted.

.. jumping on this thread... anyone get this sorted ? .. I am picking up a Jap import on saturday with the MMCS all in Japanese - I will get one of these if anyone can vouch if they're any good ( ETO 8'' HD Autoradio for Mitsubishi Outlander Navigation GPS Nav Headunit DVD SD | eBay ) but would rather reprogram the existing unit to English (NZ maps if pos) so I can at least use the stereo properly .. i can use GPS on my phone if needs be .. cheers

Yeah I was looking at the same thing myself. I dont seem to be getting very far on converting mine to english

Just upgraded my MMCS software from version C to H.





Now N-04 loading.kwi image is installed on my N-02 MMCS.

Unlocking of HDD is not required for this.

Still searching for newer maps.

Have no idea what was changed.

BTW Already found couple of minor UI changes in sw H. Yet nothing really useful yet
