Unfortunately it sounds like there are a couple (or more) dumb a$$, piece of $h!t dealers out there... which puts a bad taste in some peoples mouths. But for people out there, there are good Mitsu dealers just hopefully you dont have to go searching to find one. Mine is 3 miles away, and they are great!
