I have a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS I wanted to know what the date of the map update that you can purchase for the Outlander. Anyone know if its worth buying the update or a website to get it at a good price?

Hallo from Greece...My name is Jim and I am an owner of a Pajero/Montero wagon 7-seater mod 2007. My car has the Rockford multimedia system with DVD, GPS etc ( http://www.rockfordacousticdesign.co...ils_pajero.asp ). The Mitsubishi dealer here in Greece demands 200E for the data update of the GPS. I beleive that it's outrageous and I would like to help me if you know something (download, procedure etc). Thanks in advanced and sorry if my english is not so good.

 

Does it fix the can't find Walmart, Target, etc?? Anyone know?

 

I asked the Dealer if it would upgrade my Navigation data base being that I purchased the vehicle in 2008 and he had no clue what the Update would include or from what year the update was made.
