Looks like it applies to all (as opposed to specific) Outiesin those years since it is a multi-year recall. You can call your dealer with the recall number to be sure.

Yes, If you're currently living in Canada just call 1-888-576-4878 to find out your local dealer from there tell them about recall, an appointment make, then your Outlander will be done in a1/2 hour

I checked with my dealer, my '06 LS is not included in the recall.

Would this cure a over heating problem.....the last two days have been hot in the city...with stop and go traffic...my temp gauge goes up to hot.....i hope this cooling fan will remedy this....any ideas?

I checked with my dealer, my '06 LS is not included in the recall.
Thats wierd, I took my 06 SE in and got mine replaced.....I dont see why the LS wouldnt be included

I know it seems weird.

My 2 friends received recall notices but I didn't. One's got a '06 SE, and other has a '04 LS.

sorry for adding to a really old question, but my blower motor has just failed on my 2007 Outlander. My car says its a 2007, but I know some cars are actually the year before model. Would anybody know if there was a re-call on this model as well?

Open your drivers door and look on the pillar to find the vehicle manufacture year and month. Call your dealer, and ask them if there are any recalls for your VIN.
