I just bought a outlander 03 and interested in increasing horsepower and torque
Do you all have any suggestion where to begin? I want to increase it to at least 20hp

Hmmm, do you want to increase HP and TQ by 20, or are looking to make your car reach 200HP/TQ?
If you want to reach 200HP/TQ you have a lot of expenses heading your way. The Turbo Outlanders are at 199HP and 223TQ and run a de-tuned EVO VIII engine.
You have a 2.4 with 140HP and 157TQ. JMC I believe has the same engine as you and can help you out with gaining some HP, but 200 without a turbo...don't know if it can be done easily.
If you only want to increase each by 20, that's a much more attainable goal. Start with intake, exhaust, and find a piggyback or reprogrammed ECU.
