Default No TPMS alert

Hi,

Just got my winter tires installed on my XLS without the TPMS on my new wheels. I was expecting a yellow light or any otherindication of low pressure. But nothing...

Sure I'm glad of it but, do you have any idea why?

I put my winter wheelson saturday. Drove a couple of times saturday...no TPMS warning. Drove on sunday...no TPMS warning. On my way to work this morning, DING, there it is halfway through my drive. I just held the button in until it disappeared. Strange that it doesn't error out right away when no sensors communicate to the system.

It probly doenst set off a light right away since theres no sensor saying your tire pressure is low. It cycles a few times and then realizes hey the sensor is missing.
