Immigration Alert Update...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Millions of illegal aliens are preparing for a "May Day" strike to coincide with the Communist's International Workers' Day.
Millions of illegal aliens, primarily Mexican nationalists in the U.S., are preparing for a "May Day" strike scheduled for next Monday (traditionally celebrated by Communists as International Workers' Day).
Meanwhile, President Bush was meeting with Senate Republicans and Democrats this week to work on "Immigration Reform". In a shift of position, he now gives tacit approval to an "earned citizenship" plan that would provide a citizenship track for illegal aliens who have been in the country five or more years.
But "earned citizenship" may still evolve into amnesty in the Senate.
The Senate did vote Wednesday, mostly along party lines, in support of an amendment to provide $2 billion in emergency funding for more Border Patrol agents among other things. DNC chief Screamin' Howard Dean claims that border security is his party's top issue, but that memo apparently didn't reach Senate Democrats, who continue their record of obstruction when it comes to national security—including border security.
Enforcement of existing laws against illegal immigration has already proven to be far more effective than simply offering citizenship to illegals. The amnesty plan that was enacted in 1986 only served to swell the ranks of illegal immigrants in this country from two million to twelve million, and unless the president starts showing leadership on this issue instead of letting Congress frame the debate, the number of illegals will, again, increase dramatically.
Illegal aliens should get in the back of the citizenship line behind legal immigrants who are complying with our laws. President Bush and the Senate must reject "fast-track citizenship," which serves only to reward those who are in the U.S. unlawfully and would spur a rush of new illegals hoping to profit by it.
Please help stop any Congressional legislation giving illegal aliens "amnesty" and "fast-track citizenship." Every day that passes without these reform measures, about 3,200 illegal aliens cross our borders. In another month, more than 96,000 illegal aliens will have entered the U.S.
Please support our campaign to provide millions of Americans this critical message so our Senators, Representatives and President will know that the vast majority of Americans reject any amnesty proposal. Please make a small donation—whatever you can afford—to our Immigration Reform Campaign today. https://secure.patriotpost.us/support/alert.asp?a=1

Oh man. I am totally not goign to get into another debate concerning politics, though I'd probably win. The thing that you are saying, parting the issues down the middle, etc etc, is exactly what I do. I look at every action from all perspectives. If I was a true Republican, I'd love him. If I was a true Democrat, I'd hate him. But since I shift perspectives to see the real meaning and actions he's taking and HAS taken, I hate him even more, and I'm an independent more than anything, though slightly more liberal.
!@#$, at this point I'd settle for a president who could speak in coherent sentences without sounding like a moron.

You brought it up,& its kinda a dumb thing to say.You cant blame the President for EVERYTHING,like the Dems like to do.The reality is,alot of the mess we're in in some ares the Dems got rolling before Bush showed up.Right now we have the lowest unemployment rate in years. You'd probly win a debate? Yeah,in your mind...because it sounds like you already have it made up. I dont agrre with everything Rupublicans believe, but I dont trash Dems because they are,but some of their ideas are stupid,& they always slant info to support there views at the time..and the media helps them

And I would only win because I have taken class after class from both Republican and Democrat professors over the years specializing in recent events, the mid 1900s, and before that. I also have no life whatsoever and spend a lot of time reading about such topics.
You seem highly intelligent and are on the right path when it comes to views on politics. You know that it is a lot more complicated than most people tend to believe. But it is even bigger and goes in deeper than you think...
Anywho, good luck on stuff, I'm done on this thread, for good.
You would only "win" (LOL),& you'd be repeating everything you were taught by certain individuals,& it really wont mean crap unless you have your own views, and not parrot other peoples views. Now,if you stick with the present, most of the outrageous behavior is coming from the far left.I really dont think anyone could disagree with that if theyre sane
