it should be. I actually use 4"x4" boards as mini-ramps, which those boards are actually 3.5"x3.5". Mine are the tops of fence posts I put up a few years ago, so I have 4 of them and get to raise the vehicle level.

I changed the oil in my 2010 Outlander V6 without jack stands. I'm 6ft and 175lbs if that helps.

It would be a tight squeeze for a heavier person.
