Default Question regarding rear brake work

My 2022 Outlander has 27,000 miles on it. The dealership tells me that I need new rear brake pads and rotors for $500.00. Front brakes are fine. Does this seem a little soon for this work to be needed with mileage that low? Your opinion would be appreciated. Thanks so much!!

way too soon, I'd be asking: "did the factory install the hardware correctly?" that would lead to premature wear, "is the e brake retracting fully?" is the software correct on the module? also a problem on a late model car, "did something become lodged inside both calipers?" highly unlikely you'd get rocks in both sets at the same time, AND "what kind of quality parts is that for only $500 including labor?" seems too cheap, I pay over $100 for high quality rotors each
