Default Red Tinted Tails

Got tired of the stock clear tail lights so I ordered some red tint from rvinyl.com and tinted them.

I havn't got around to doing the 3rd brake light but it will take me 10 mins to complete.

I like them much better now. Let me know what you think.

We think your picture is not visible.

It is a bad idea to post attachment from another forum as a picture.

Agreed.

Luckily for the OP, I'm bored. So here are the pics he was trying to post:

Personally, I would rather have the clear. However, it looks like you did a pretty nice job on the application of the film, so as long as you like it I think it looks nice.

One concern, however, is does the film make the brake lights dimmer?

Picture is fixed.
The top picture that Burtonrider posted is last winter when I used Blackout vinyl to tint them.

The red film actually makes the LEDs in the tail lights seem less pink at night. I will see if I can get a night picture of them this evening.

I prefer the clear, or at least the smoked look.

I like having the smoked tail lights it the dark tint really distorted the LEDs in the tails. Really made them seem pink. I wonder if I put the blackout tint over the red what it would look like.
