Default Strange ASC-related issue in cold weather

It seems something is wrong with the anti-spin, the ASC operation indicator is lighting up, and the wheels starts spinning with little to no forward motion. Then I'm able to drive a few metres before it happens again. Happens both in EV and hybrid mode. Even when I get my car to drive again, the engine seems to be working five times harder than necessary, with fuel consumption through the roof. I tried turning off ASC, no change. All this seems to only happen when it's -4 C or colder – the rest of the time, everything's fine.

The only reading I got from a OBD2 scan, was a seemingly unrelated error message, B1115. A car mechanic found nothing when doing a quick diagnosisis today (at 1 degrees C).

Outlander PHEV 2014.
