Yeah dude, they must be smoking some good shait! Theres really no "loosening up" or "tightening up" adjustments possible on our suspension components, unless he's talking about loosening up hardware like nuts and bolts... but I wouldn't see the point of that unless he's holding a really bad grudge against you [sm=badbadbad.gif].

[sm=signs003.gif]I am going to bet that doing this will void the warranty. It will also give you a really bad ride when bolts start shooting out. Can I suggest going to a different dealership lol?
