Throttle hesitation TSB

Hi there, I have been having a issue with my 07 outlander, there is a delay under 20kph when pressing the accelerator pedal. The dealership can not find any fault. I have come across TSB: 0713007 but links to the actual document are dead.

Has anyone got a link to the TSB document? I gave the number to the dealership but they could not find anything.

Cool thanks, I noticed it mentions TSB 07-23-006 may need to be completed. Have you got this one too?

I have a 2008 Outlander XLS V6 and have the same throttle hesitation described in this TSB but the TSB only applies to certain build dates etc.
Mine was built March 2008.
Anyone have similar issues?
Is there a TSB for 2008 models? thanks
