Default Time set in Nav Unit

Excuse my ignorance but I have pushing through all the screens, I think anyway, trying to find a way to change the time by an hour. With the radio unit it was easy. I cant find any reference to it in the manuals either so help would be much appriciated.

I forgot what menu was it at, but when I needed to set the clock 1 hr faster because of day light saving, there was Day Light Saving On or OFF to chose from.

From memory it is:
1) Press Set button
2) Press System on screen
3) Press Time and date on screen
4) Alter time as required
