I was wondering if anyone found a suitable replacement for the metal stems in the 2010 Outlander XLS.

I have had to replace them constantly as the road salt eats at the nut that clamps the stem and sensor in place, they crack in a thin line right down the middle and the stems themselves disintegrate also.

Trying to find some rubber stems seems to be almost impossible, the service manager at my dealer was looking into the possibility of using the rubber stems from the RVR, is it possible to do so?

 

I got rid of tpms all together and install stainless steel stem. Read etacs or lexia thread.
