Is it necessary to change my tranny fluid ever on mitsu cars?

The mitsu recommendation is 30,000 miles if you follow the severe maintenance schedule, or 60,000 miles for the normal schedule.

Mitsu recommends you follow the severe maintenance schedule if any of the following is true;
1. You do a lot of city driving or short stop and go trips.
2. Temps where you live often get below freezing or above 90 degrees.
3. You regularly drive in hilly or mountain areas.
4. You frequently tow trailers/boats, etc with your outlander.
