Default Uncomfortable Suspension

I have an Outlander 2011 model 2.4 L engine with CVT and will never buy the Outlander new model again due to the following:
1- unconfortable suspension, hard like a rock which makes the vehicle jiggling like Christmas bell.

2- annoying CVT which jumps to the 5th gear once the speed reaches 15 miles so you start feeling the vibration if smoothly accelerate or I have to hardly accelerate to push the gear to down shift but the car runs faster then I want, imagine this in traffic jam you will hate driving it. Needless to mention the vibration damage to the vehicle parts in a short time period.

3- all the interior is made out of cheap plastic, the vehicle will not make the first year before start falling apart in the inside.

...so why did you buy it?

Have you had it looked at to ensure suspension is working correctly??

#2 is one super long run on sentence, please clarify.
#3, supposedly it was improved around 2009/2010...My '07 is doing just fine with no broken pieces.

Our 2011 is fine. The suspension is not bad and it is not as harshly damped as our old Seat Freetrack was. The springs feel softer than the Seat too. So it does roll a little more but it is anything but harsh compared to the more sporty set up feel of the Seat.

Ours is a 2.2 diesel manual box so there is no issues with this side of it although it does reccomend we shift gear at about 1800rpm with a shift indicator on the dash.

The plastics have been fine since 2011 so I dont see a problem there as its 6 years old and nothing has broken yet.

Is it our perfect car? No... But then if we wanted it to be perfect we would need 3 different cars. Is it a good car? Yes, it will tow our caravan, carry our Mountain bikes too and is 4x4 so we can take our caravan on grassy campsites. It will be fine in the snow (if we get any) and it will carry all we need in comfort.
