Default Upgrade to Outlander Sport

I recently purchased a new Outlander Sport SE. I really like it. I replaced the standard fuel door with the alloy one and it was relatively easy to do. I also put in a set of WeatherTech floor liners - they are great. I highly recommend them.
I read a lot of reviews about the Outlander Sport and after owning one for three months I disagree with most of the negative things said about the Sport. It has plenty of power, is very comfortable and fun to drive. I would definitely recommend it to any potential buyers.

Couldn't agree with you more. Even with all of the reviews I saw complaining about a lack of power, I dont find myself needing any more. I also bought the weathertech liners for the front and they are worth every penny. My wife steals the Sport from me any chance she gets.. She loves the stereo!

I concur. I drive mine around a lot, and I get good gas mileage in flat areas. Unfortunately I get not-so-good mileage where I live (around 22 mpg combined with 70% city 30% freeway). People drive very slow around where I live and I've found no problem with the power - I pass cars easily and successfully take off quicker than most other cars from stoplights when I need to quickly switch over to another lane.

I went on a 4000+ mile road trip last year and the car was very comfortable. Two of us took turns and drove around 1100 miles in one day and we were not uncomfortable at all, and got good mileage (about 24-25mpg doing 70-85mph).

I love the 4wd on city streets, I can take right turns at 30 mph without touching the brakes and it feels stable than some of the sedans I've driven which were quite a bit lower than this. I drove my Outlander Sport in the mountains on compacted-snow roads (4wd on) and it's incredibly more stable compared to some of the other cars I've owned/rented. I love the short length - I can squeeze the car in many parallel parking spots which I couldn't with my previous vehicle. I love the premium stereo as well and my passengers love the see-through roof (especially in the mountains, and also driving through cities during the holidays). I like the big mirrors, the bluetooth streaming and usb plug-in music player, the hands-free dialing and phone answering. The only thing I do not use is the satellite radio - it sounded terrible (probably due to over-compression) and it cut out a lot while driving on the freeway whenever I went below an underpass, and driving through a city with moderate to tall buildings (I live in a city).

This was definitely a great buy for me considering the 0% interest, the convenience and the pretty good dealership experience I had buying this (I walked out of three other brands' dealerships during the negotiation phase in the year before I bought this one).
