Talking Wiring 2015 Outlander SE for Amp + Subwoofer

Today I hooked up a Rockford Fosgate P3 12'' Subwoofer coupled with a Rockford Fosgate Prime 500 Watt amp using the Stock Head unit without nav and without the Rockford Audio System.

Pins 8 and 18 on the 20 pin is the Left Front door speaker, Pin 8 Pos, Pin 18 Neg

Pin 6 and 16 on the 20 pin is the Right Front door speaker, pin 6 Pos, Pin 16 Neg

4 Gauge power was wired through the driver's side column by the driver side door through the fender well back into the frame into the engine bay.

4 Gauge ground was wired to the Driver's side 3rd row seating seat belt bolt.

REM Wire was wired to fuse #23 12v Power Outlet Fuse.

If you would like to know more let me know! Thought Id drop this here if anyone plans on doing the same! Thanks

I'd just use an aftermarket head unit at that point. Nothing special about the factory one.

The price for a new Headunit aswell as wiring harness to allow steering wheel controls to still be functional was something I did not want to spend right now. But on the upside if I ever decide to go this route, all the wiring is already ran to the proper locations.
