ac not working

ac not working
No power to clutch. I have 100 LBS pressure. All relays check out 25 amp fuse is good. The control on dash shows operational. I have 3 wires going to clutch, not sure which one is for the clutch. But no voltage at any one of the 3. I am wondering if the control head is bad and how to know.
