WELCOME!! I think you should do all the cool stuff on your list but FIRST FIRST FIRST!! lower it and exhaust!! That's the best way to start then you can work on performance and exterior mods.. don't worry i like neons and body kits too.. not too many people around here do, but $hit they're good people
