Fuel - How do you know the fuel pump is working? Did you do a pressure test at the rails? Can you hear it come on and run?
Air - Did you check your intake and make sure it's not blocked?
Spark - Did you confirm you are getting spark and all your plugs are good?
Timing - Is your timing belt maintenance up to date and when was it last inspected?
Exhaust - Nothing plugging the exhaust system?
Compression - Might need to do a compression test to confirm you don't have a serious issue with the engine...

Hi,the fuel pump is working, disconnected the line to the injectors and there was fuel supply.checked the timing belt and balance belt and aligned the centers.I managed to start the engine but with a bit of stuggle and water was spewing on the radiator cap when i took it off.The oil dip stick is a bit milkish.
Where will i go form here??
replace the cylinder head gasket??
Can someone lead me where i can get a service manual.

milkish oil is probably coolant in the oil, that means it's getting past seals...
If it's hard to start you may have really bad compression which could be caused by a bad gasket/rings or a warped to cracked block...
I would probably start with a quick compression test and confirm lack of compression and where before pulling everything apart but you are probably going to have to start digging into that head a looking for damage...
You can try Google you may be able to download one or you can buy them on eBay..
If wikipedia is correct the Airtrek was the Japanese name for the Outlander so an Outlander service manual may be all that you need.
