Default weird nosie at low gears

I know i know eveytime i am on here never have good news but i need help. i just got my evo 8 back from the shop for the head and when i was out riding i heard this weird nose in 1st 2nd and sometimes 3 rd gear when i hit the turbo. It dose not sound like the bov is even going off when is dose this. I have a boost controller and it said it hit over 20psi of boost so i dropped the settings all the way down and it is reading high. The nosie is all most like grinding or something vibrating could this be a wastegate problem.

Sounds like your T-Case is making noise. Honestly.... do you launch the car a lot... hard?

Sometimes they just spike. It could be anything... even temp. I dont think its a big deal... just make sure it doesnt stay there.

Well i would lay off the launches for a while
