Well i figured this might be interesting to anyone who lives in mass and has a car 95 and older without an OBD.

When is some computer expert ( GEEK ) going to realize that if they invented a program where they could plug a laptp into the OBD and then the state computer into the laptop and make everything OK for a sticker, they could charge $250.. for it and become a millionare? What ??........Thats illegal ????? Oh forget it then, we wouldn't want to break the law [8D][8D]
