so my comp finally crashed last night... i seemed to have the virus and everything quarantined and under control... guess i was wrong. i'll be calling dell in the next few days, but looks like i might be gettin a mac soon :-)

that macbook's are sweet. i know a bunch of people that have them at school and love 'em, and i like messing around with 'em. they're the same price as a dell now-a-days and you dont have to worry about this spyware or virus crap... but it's something a LOT different, i've been running xp and dell for the longest time (p.s. i'm on my rent's computer)

 

Mac's are far better than the average store boughtPC machine at least I think so (not that I have one). Atleast they are not getting a virus on a mac. Plus for video editing Mac is the sweetness

 

Overpriced, and if you aren't a graphics designer, you don't need one.

 

thats a dumb statement... it's the same price as my laptop was. wont get viruses, has better programming, and you dont need to be a graphic designer to enjoy a mac

 

Macs are better period. The biggest mistake Mac has made was to let Winblows into their machines. I absolutely LOVE my iBook. It's just as fast as my new work laptop and it's 3 years old.

 

Sebba your acting like all those arrigant V8 guys that say Jap sucks. get your head out of your ***. Go do a little research. BTW they are not overpriced anymore and they are even more copatible than ever with MISC PC stuff
