I wouldnt say that those who buy MB have deep pockets and are looking for a flashy car... its the repair bills that cost a lot. Youd think that buy SPENDING the $ in the beginning youd be avoiding future problems. I got my E for under $60K had it for2 years (till I wrecked it) and prolly totalled up like almost $10 just to repair it. I wouldnt have seen it coming. But now know better.

MB has had huge *** quality issues. Recently they are getting better.

 

i never liked MB just too much hassle IMO
